At Vozol, we prioritize a hassle-free returns experience for our South African online customers. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’ve made it easy to request a return and refund. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- In its original packaging (unopened)
Please note that returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on www.vozol.co.za
To initiate a return:
1.Email us with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the product
- The reason for return
2.If approved, we'll send a return shipping label and packaging instructions.
3.Our courier partner will collect the return within 1-2 days.
Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Refund/ credit  Process:
Once we receive the returned item, our Vozol experts will inspect it. If it meets our conditions, you’ll receive a gift card  ( credit ) equal to the product’s original purchase value.
